Terms
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They don’t cover the Amenity app, which doesn’t exist publicly yet; when it does, it will have its own terms and you’ll be asked to agree to them then.
The waitlist is not a promise
Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee that Amenity will launch in your building, your city, or at all. We’re using the list to decide where to go first. If we never reach you, the only thing you’ve lost is an email address in a database.
It costs nothing
There is no fee to join the waitlist and we will never ask for payment details on this site. If anything claiming to be Amenity asks you to pay to join a waitlist, it isn’t us.
What we’ll email you
A confirmation when you sign up, and news about Amenity coming to your area. That’s it. Every email tells you how to come off the list — reply to it, or write to unsubscribe@amenitysocial.com — and we remove you by hand, usually the same day.
Accurate information
Please give us a building you actually live in or manage. Signing up other people’s addresses, or submitting deliberately false entries, makes the list less useful for everyone and we’ll remove entries we believe are fake.
This site as-is
This is a teaser site. We make no warranty that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we’re not liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here is a contract to supply a service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
